Preparation steps: |
- Mix the yellow curry, sugar, salt, soup powder, coconut milk and water in a medium size pot.
Bring to boil and turn down the heat.
- Add the onion, potatoes, carrots, green beans and green peas and cook for 20 minutes.
Serving: In a soup or pasta dish over steamed rice.
