Preparation steps: |
- in a small cup, mix the chili paste, fish sauce, sugar, and hot water and set aside.
- Heat a wok over high heat, add the oil and green beans, and stir-fry for 2–4 minutes.
- Add the chili paste mixture to the wok.
Cover and simmer for 6 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with 2 Tbsp water.
Add it to the wok,
stir, cover, and simmer for an additional 4 minutes.
- Optional: add basil leaves just before serving.
