Preparation steps: |
- Boil water in a medium size pot. Add the brussels sprouts, cook for 4 minutes until barely tender.
(count the 4 minutes from when adding the brussels sprouts)
Drain the brussels sprouts.
- Heat a heavy pan. Add oil, brussels sprouts and garlic (optional), stir for 20 seconds.
- Add salt, red pepper flakes and soy sauce. Stir fry for 6-10 minutes.
