Recipe serves: 4-6

Sautéed green beans with lemon

1 lbs French or regular green beans, trimmed
1-2 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp chicken soup powder
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup hot water

Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the chicken soup powder, sugar, lemon juice and ½ cup water.
  2. Heat a heavy wok-like pan. Add oil and green beans, stir with a wooden spoon for 5-10 seconds.
  3. Add the mix to the pan, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serving: Discard most of the liquids before serving.
