Roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce

Ingredients
 
1 medium cauliflower (2 lbs)
3 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Boil water in a large pot. Cook the cauliflower (don't remove green leaves) for a total of 14 minutes, flip the cauliflower up side down after 7 minutes of cooking. Remove the cauliflower from the pot and place it on a baking sheet lined up with aluminum foil. Cool down for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the salt and olive oil. Cover the cauliflower all over with the olive oil mix.
  3. Roast uncovered at 400° for 30-35 minutes.
Serving: with tahini sauce on the side.
