Preparation steps: |
- Boil the cauliflower:
Boil water in a large pot. Submerge the cauliflower (don't remove the green leaves or cut the cauliflower) and cook for 8 minutes.
- Remove the cauliflower from the pot and place it in a strainer to drain and cool for 5 minutes.
- Prepare for roasting:
Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined up with aluminum foil.
- Cover the cauliflower with olive oil and salt, evenly coated on all sides.
- Roast uncovered at 440°F for 45 minutes.
Serving: with tahini sauce on the side.
