Recipe amount: 2 cups


8 oz tahini paste
2 each medium garlic clove
5 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cold water
½ tsp salt

Preparation steps:
  1. Process all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Transfer to medium size jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
  3. Tahini can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Serving: with pita bread, falafel or crackers.
