Preparation steps: |
- For each baby bok choy stalk:
Alternative 1: trim the root, separate the leaves.
Cut the large leaves in half.
Alternative 2: half lengthwise.
Rinse thoroughly to remove dirt.
- Bring the water, chicken soup powder, and salt to a boil in a large pot.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir the leaves once after 2 minutes of cooking.
- Spoon the leaves out and discard the broth.
