Baby bok choy in chicken broth

Ingredients
 
10 each Baby bok choy stalk
 
8 cup water
2 Tbsp chicken soup powder
¾ tsp salt
 


Preparation steps:
  1. For each baby bok choy stalk:
    Alternative 1: trim the root, separate the leaves. Cut the large leaves in half.
    Alternative 2: half lengthwise.
    Rinse thoroughly to remove dirt.
  2. Bring the water, chicken soup powder, and salt to a boil in a large pot.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir the leaves once after 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Spoon the leaves out and discard the broth.
