Baby bok choy in chicken broth

lbs Baby bok choy
2 cup water
2 Tbsp chicken soup powder
½ tsp salt

Preparation steps:
  1. For each baby bok choy: trim the root, separate the leaves and rinse thoroughly to remove dirt. Cut the large leaves in half.
  2. Bring the water, chicken soup powder, and salt to a boil in a medium pot.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir the leaves once after 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Spoon the leaves out and discard the broth.
