Turkey meatballs and green beans in tomato sauce

lbs lean ground turkey
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup dried onions
1 each large egg
1 Tbsp chicken soup powder
2 Tbsp ketchup
¼ tsp salt
tsp black pepper
tsp hot chili powder
1-1½ lbs fresh French green beans, edges trimmed
1 cup frozen peas
Hot water
6 oz tomato paste (small can)
3 Tbsp chicken soup powder
12 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation steps:
  1. In a large pot mix the sauce ingredients and add 1 cup of hot water.
  2. Mix the turkey meatballs ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Make about 25 meatballs and add them to the sauce.
  4. Cover with hot water.
  5. Add the green beans and peas to the pot.
  6. Cook covered for 1 hour.
Serving: In a soup dish over steamed rice.
