Preparation steps: |
- Peel the vegetables and cut them into large pieces.
- In a large pot combine the chicken soup powder, salt, black pepper, hot chili sauce, hot water, and honey.
- Add the chicken, carrots and potatoes.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the yam and dried apricots (optional) and cook additional 10-15 minutes.
Serving: with steamed rice or couscous.
