Preparation steps: |
- In a medium pot mix the coconut milk with the yellow curry, chicken soup powder,sugar, salt, and water.
- Add the carrot, green beans, onion and green peas. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the shrimps, mussels and scallops. Cook additional 5 minutes or until the seafood is ready.
Serving: In a soup or pasta dish over steamed rice.
