Preparation steps: |
- Prepare the ingredients in 4 separate bowls: shrimp, broccoli, seasoning and
thickening mix.
- Heat a wok, add 1 Tbsp peanut oil and stir-fry the broccoli for 3 minutes on high heat.
Add 2 Tbsp water and continue to stir-fry until the broccoli change color to a lighter
green, 1-2 additional minutes. Remove the broccoli from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the wok again, add the 2nd Tbsp of peanut oil and stir-fry the shrimp until
it changes color to pink, about 3 minutes.
- Microwave the seasoning mix for 1 minute. Add the broccoli and heated seasoning to the wok.
Add the thickening mix. Stir-fry additional 1-2 minutes.
Serving: With steamed rice.
