Preparation steps: |
- Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil, garlic and chili, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and water and cook covered on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
- Take out the green beans and place them on a serving plate. Leave the sauce in the wok.
- Reheat the wok (without cleaning it), add soy sauce, salt and cup water.
Add the fish and basil. Simmer covered for 8 minutes.
- Place the fish next to the green beans on the serving plate and pour over the sauce from the wok.
