Preparation steps: |
- Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff. Keep refrigerated.
- Cream the egg yolks with sugar.
Add the flour, vanilla and brandy, ground nuts and mix well.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Butter a 10-inch diameter cake pan. (26 cm).
- Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
