Preparation steps: |
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes.
- In a large pan, heat the oil and add the sweet potato cubes.
- Saute for 1 minute while mixing with a wooden spoon.
- Add the hawaig spice and continue cooking a mixing for additional 1 minute.
- Add the water and salt. Mix well. Cook covered on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
