Sweet potato with hawaig spice

Ingredients
 
2 lbs sweet potato
Tbsp hawaig spice
½ cup water
¼ tsp salt
 
2 Tbsp oil
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes.
  2. In a large pan, heat the oil and add the sweet potato cubes.
  3. Saute for 1 minute while mixing with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the hawaig spice and continue cooking a mixing for additional 1 minute.
  5. Add the water and salt. Mix well. Cook covered on low heat for 8-10 minutes.

Take note!
  • Measurements:
    2 lbs Sweet potato = 2 large Sweet potato


Alternatives:
    Substitue the sweet potato with a regular
    potato, increase the cooking time
    to 14 minutes
