Preparation steps: |
- In a non-stick pan stir fry the onion, serrano chili and oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the okra and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix the soup powder, ketchup and water and add the mix to the pan.
- Cook covered on medium heat for 18 minutes. Stir occasionally.
