Spicy bean sprouts

1 lbs bean sprouts
1 each medium onion, thinly chopped
½ each serrano chili, minced
1 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps:
  1. In a non-stick pan, saute the onions and chili until the onions are translucent, about 4 minutes.
  2. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce. Saute for 2-4 minutes. (May need to add a few Tbsp of water.)

Take note!
  • ½ chili makes this dish medium spicy.
    For less spicy flavor use only ¼ chili.
    (½ chili is 1 inch section of the serrano chilli)
