Roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes

Ingredients
 
3 each large potato
1 each large sweet potato
 
1 envelope Lipton "Recipe secrets" Onion
1/8 cup oil
½ cup water
 
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
 


Preparation steps:
  1. In a 9" x 13" baking pan combine the Lipton onion mix with the oil and water.
  2. Cut the potatoes and sweet potato into large chunks, making the sweet potato pieces slightly larger than the potato pieces (since sweet potatoes cook faster). Add the chunks to the pan and mix all ingredients.
  3. Roast covered at 385°F for 40 minutes. Remove the pan, stir the potatoes and sweet potatoes, and check if they are tender.
  4. If needed, continue baking covered for an additional 5-15 minutes.
Serving: Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
