Preparation steps: |
- In a disposable 10" x 12" pan combine the Lipton onion mix with the oil and water.
- Cut the potatoes and yams into large chunks, and add them to the pan. Mix all ingredients.
- Roast covered at 385° for 40 minutes. Stir the potatoes and yams and check if ready.
- If needed, bake covered additional 5-15 minutes.
Serving: Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
