Roasted mini sweet peppers

Ingredients
 
2 lbs mini sweet peppers
3 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Trim the edge of the sweet peppers, slice in half lengthwise, and remove seeds.
  2. Arrange the sweet peppers in one layer on 2 baking sheets lined up with aluminum foil.
  3. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle the salt.
  4. Roast in 350F for 15 minutes.

  • Bell peppers -
    increase roasting time to 20-25 minutes.
