King oyster mushrooms

Ingredients
 
¾ lbs King oyster mushrooms
1 each large garlic clove, minced (optional)
1 Tbsp oil
3 each green onion, chopped
 
Tbsp soy sauce
salt - to taste
black pepper - to taste
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into halves lengthwise, and cut into ¼ - ½ slices.
  2. In a non-stick pan stir fry the mushrooms and garlic (optional) on high heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, cover and cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add ¾ of the green onions and stir fry 2 minutes on high heat, or until the liquids evaporate.
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Serving: Garnish with ¼ of the green onions
