Preparation steps: |
- Rinse the mushrooms, cut into halves lengthwise, and cut into ¼ - ½ slices.
- In a non-stick pan stir fry the mushrooms and garlic (optional) on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, cover and cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add ¾ of the green onions and stir fry 2 minutes on high heat, or until the liquids evaporate.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Serving: Garnish with ¼ of the green onions
