Cauliflower pie

Ingredients
 
1 medium cauliflower (2 lbs)
 
3 each large egg
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp mushrooms soup powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Cut the cauliflower into quarters. Boil the cauliflower for 20-30 minutes until soft. Drain the water and let it cool down a few minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, soup powder, mayonnaise and salt. Add the cauliflower and stir gently, not to mush the cauliflower pieces too much.
  3. Oil a 10" round glass pie pan. Transfer the mix to the pie pan and press gently with a spoon to level the mix.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.

Alternatives:
  • Bake in a disposable 10" x 12" pan:
    Use 2 cauliflower (small size)
    each 1.5 LB
    Use a ratio of 4 eggs, 4 Tbsp of
    mayonnaise, 4 Tbsp of soup powder,
    and ¾ tsp salt.
    Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
