Preparation steps: |
- Cut the cauliflower into quarters. Boil the cauliflower for 20-30 minutes
until soft.
Drain the water and let it cool down a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, soup powder, mayonnaise and salt.
Add the cauliflower and stir gently, not to mush the cauliflower
pieces too much.
- Oil a 10" round glass pie pan.
Transfer the mix to the pie pan and press
gently with a spoon to level the mix.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
