Preparation steps: |
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Cook the florets in hot water for 20 minutes.
Drain the water and let it cool down a few minutes.
- In a soup bowl mix the egg with salt, hot chilli powder and water.
Pour the bread crumbs into another soup bowl.
- Dip each floret in the egg mix and then coat it with the bread crumbs.
- Place the breaded florets in one layer in a 10" x 12" baking dish.
- Drizzle the oil on the florets.
- Bake covered at 350F for 35 minutes.
