Preparation steps: |
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Boil water in a large pot, add the florets, and cook for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the florets from the hot water and set them aside to cool for 15 minutes.
- In a soup bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, hot chili powder, and water.
Pour the bread crumbs into a separate soup bowl.
- Dip each floret into the egg mixture, then coat it with bread crumbs.
- Arrange the breaded florets in a single layer in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
- Drizzle the oil evenly over the florets.
- Cover the baking dish and
bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
