Potato soup

1 Tbsp oil
1 each large onion, chopped
6 cup water
4 each large potato, peeled and diced
1 each carrot, peeled and diced
6 Tbsp mushrooms soup powder
6 Tbsp chicken soup powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp dry basil
tsp black pepper
½ each small green cabbage, shredded

Preparation steps:
  1. Saute the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add all other ingredients except the cabbage and cook for 30 minutes or until the vegetables become soft.
Serving: Place some shredded cabbage in a soup bowl, pour hot soup.
