Lentils and vegetables soup

15 cup water
4 each carrot, peeled and grated
3 each zucchini, peeled and grated
1 each large yam, peeled and grated
1 cup green lentils
1 cup red lentils
6 Tbsp chicken soup powder
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 13 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation steps:
    Cook all ingredients in a large pot for 30 minutes.
