Corn Soup

2 lbs frozen corn
6 cup water
2 can whole kernel sweet corn (11oz)
6 Tbsp chicken soup powder
¼ tsp salt
tsp white pepper
Garnish: Israeli "Soup almonds" or fresh dill

Preparation steps:
  1. Cook the corn with 2 cups of water until warm, about 5 minutes.
  2. Puree the corn and the water in a blender, and transfer back to the pot.
  3. Add the the sweet corn, 4 cups of water, soup powder, salt and white pepper. Bring to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
