Sour red cabbage and green apples

lbs Sweet & sour red cabbage
2 each large green apple, peeled & shredded
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp oil

Preparation steps:
  1. Strain the red cabbage.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
