Romanian cabbage salad

1/3 lbs green cabbage chopped (½ medium cabbage)
1-2 each large carrot, peeled and grated
2 each celery stick, chopped
tsp salt
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup oil
¾ cup vinegar
cup boiled hot water

Preparation steps:
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix by hand like kneading a daw.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Take note!
  • The salad can be prepared 1-2 days
    ahead of being served.
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice = juice from 2 lemons
