Recipe serves: 6

Radish salad

30 each red radish, small
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil

Preparation steps:
  1. Rinse the radishes and cut into thick slices. Sprinkle salt and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Set aside for additional 15 minutes before serving.
  4. The salad can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until serving.
