Preparation steps: |
- Rinse the radishes and cut into thick slices. Sprinkle salt and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Set aside for additional 15 minutes before serving.
- The salad can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until serving.
