Preparation steps: |
- Microwave the washed and unpeeled potatoes.
Microwave 2-3 potatoes at a time in a sealed plastic bag for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Cool down, peel and cut into cubes. If the cubes are not ready, microwave them
additional 1-2 minutes.
- In a large bowl mix the pickles with mayonnaise, salt and black pepper (optional).
- Gently add the green peas.
- Gently add the potato cubes.
Serving: room temperature or cold.
