Mixed greens with tomato and red onion

Ingredients
 
5 cup mixed baby greens
4-5 each small tomato ("on the vine") chopped
2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
 
Salad dressing
4 Tbsp olive oil (Toscano)
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (Modena)
 


Preparation steps:
    Mix the all ingredients.

Background:
Mixed baby greens is a mix of arugula,
radicchio, mizuna, frisee, baby red
chard, baby spinach and assorted baby
lettuce leaves.


Take note!
  • Measurements: greens
    5 cups = 3 oz


Alternatives:
  • Add cucumber, red bell pepper
    and grated carrot.
