Mixed greens with tangerines and walnut salad

Ingredients
 
5 cup baby lettuce leaves or mixed baby greens
1 can peeled tangerines (11 oz)
½ cup walnuts, chopped
 
Salad dressing
4 Tbsp olive oil (Toscano)
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (Modena)
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Mix lettuce, tangerines, walnuts, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Background:
Mixed baby greens is a mix of arugula,
radicchio, mizuna, frisee, baby red chard,
baby spinach and assorted baby lettuce
leaves.

  • Measurements:
    11 oz = 390 gram peeled tangerines.

    5 cups = 3 oz
