Mixed greens with goat cheese

5 cup mixed baby greens
6 each small tomato ("on the vine") chopped
2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
3-4 each fresh mushroom, sliced
4 slice goat cheese
Salad dressing
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
2 Tbsp olive oil (Toscano)
2 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (Modena)

Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the greens, tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms and salad dressing.
  2. Arrange on individual plates.
  3. Garnish with goat cheese.
