Recipe serves 4-6

Greek salad

1 each Romaine Lettuce, chopped
2 each medium cucumber, chopped
8 each small tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, thinly chopped
24 each Kalamata olive, pitted
1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled or in cubes
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps:
    Combine all ingredients. For a nicer presenatation use feta cheese cubes, however it tastes better when the cheese is crumbled and mixed with the salad dressing.

    milk feta,
    like the Valbreso feta made in France.
