Preparation steps: |
- Cut the orange into wedges and remove seeds. Don't peel the orange.
Rinse the cranberries.
- Grate the cranberries and oranges in a food processor.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
- Taste the salad and add additional 1-3 Tbsp sugar if needed.
