Cranberry orange relish

12 oz fresh cranberry
1 each medium orange
½ cup sugar

Preparation steps:
  1. Cut the orange into wedges and remove seeds. Don't peel the orange. Rinse the cranberries.
  2. Grate the cranberries and oranges in a food processor.
  3. Transfer to a bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Taste the salad and add additional 1-3 Tbsp sugar if needed.
