Caprese salad

Ingredients
 
10-14 each campari tomato ("on the vine")
6 oz white mozzarella cheese, chopped
1 cup basil leaves, chopped
 
Salad dressing
1 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Cut each tomato into 8 pieces. If the tomatoes release a lot of liquid after cutting, drain the excess liquid.
  2. Prepare the salad dressing by combining all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
    Pour the salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
