Preparation steps: |
- Cut each tomato into 8 pieces. If the tomatoes release a lot of liquid after cutting, drain the excess liquid.
- Prepare the salad dressing by combining all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
Pour the salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
