Recipe serves: 6-8

Asparagus with peaches and pecans

1 can peaches in heavy syrup (29 oz)
1 can asparagus spears (1 lb)
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sour cream
¼ tsp salt
1 cup pecan nuts

Preparation steps:
  1. Cut the peaches to large bite size pieces and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and salt and mix.
  3. Cut the asparagus to large bite size pieces. Add to the mixing bowl and stir gently, not to mash the asparagus.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add the pecan nuts just before serving.

  • Measurements:
    Peaches: 29 oz = 1 lb 13 OZ = 822 gram
    Asparagus: 1 lb = 425 gram
