Preparation steps: |
- Cut the peaches to large bite size pieces and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream and salt and mix.
- Cut the asparagus to large bite size pieces. Add to the mixing bowl
and stir gently, not to mash the asparagus.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Add the pecan nuts just before serving.
