Arugula, watermelon, feta and olive salad

5 oz baby arugula leaves
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 each medium red onion, diced
20 each kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
3 cup watermelon, bite size cubed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 each lemon, juiced

Preparation steps:
  1. Mix all ingredients and serve immediately.

  • Baby arugula measurements:
     Baby arugula: 5 oz = 142 gram= 4-5 cups

  • Use pitted and halved bing cherries
    instead of the red grapes.
