Arugula with tomatoes and feta salad

Ingredients
 
5 oz baby arugula leaves
6-8 each small tomato, cut to small pieces
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3-4 oz feta cheese
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the argula with tomatoes, olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Arrange on individual plates and shave the feta cheese on top of the salad plates.

     Baby arugula: 5 oz = 142 gram= 4-5 cups
