Preparation steps: |
- Peel the oranges using a sharp knife and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the beets into small pieces.
- In a large bowl mix the arugula with oranges and beets.
- Prepare the salad dressing from olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard.
- Add the salad dressing to the salad and mix well.
- Arrange on individual plates
- Garnish with pieces of the goat cheese.
