Recipe amount: 2 medium jars

Kiwi jam

2 lbs kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 1/3 lbs sugar

Preparation steps:
  1. Simmer all ingredients for 2 hours. Leave the pot lid slightly open, so that the jam doesn't overflow during cooking.
  2. In a separate large pot, sterilize the jars and lids using boiling water.
  3. Pour the hot jam into the jars and seal immediately.

Take note!
  • The jars can be stored at room
    temperature for up to a year.
    Once a jar is opened it should be
    kept in the refrigerator.
  • Measurements: 2 lb = 12 kiwi.
  • Ratio is 2 : 3 of sugar : kiwi.
