Recipe amount: 2 medium jars


1 lbs horseradish, peeled and grated
each medium beet, cooked
¾-1 cup lemon juice
¼ cup water or broth from the cooked beets
Tbsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
tsp black pepper

Preparation steps:
  1. After grating the horseradish root, place all ingredients in a food processor. Using the sharp knife of the food processor blend the horseradish.
  2. Transfer to jars and keep refrigerated.
