Recipe amount: 1 butter stick

Herbs butter

½ cup unsalted butter (stick)
¼ tsp salt
1 each small green onion
¾ cup parsley

Preparation steps:
  1. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and bring to room temperate.
  2. Mince the green onion and parsley very thinly. (make 2 Tbsp of minced greens).
  3. Add the minced greens and salt to butter and stir well..
  4. Make a log with a plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate until harden. Remove plastic wrap and slice.

  • Use a mold to create a decorative shape
    of the butter.
