Preparation steps: |
- Place the butter in a mixing bowl and bring to room temperate.
- Mince the green onion and parsley very thinly. (make 2 Tbsp of minced
greens).
- Add the minced greens and salt to butter and stir well..
- Make a log with a plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until harden. Remove plastic wrap and slice.
