Preparation steps: |
- Cook the milk in a very large pot on high heat till it starts to simmer.
It takes 35-40 minutes. When it starts to simmer small bubbles float to the top.
- Add the vinegar and cook additional 2 minutes. Stir gently. Turn off the heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Line a colander with a cheesecloth, and pour the milk through the cloth.
- Tie the cloth and hang it for 2 hours, so the excess liquids drip out.
- Remove from the cloth and place in a container. Keep refrigerated.
