This recipe is for stuffing of one turkey

Turkey stuffing

Ingredients
 
3 each medium onion, chopped
4 each celery stick, chopped
2 Tbsp oil
 
7 cup herb-seasoned cubed stuffing (12 oz)
1 Tbsp chicken soup powder
cup hot water
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Saute the onions with 1 Tbsp oil in a non-stick pan until they are dark golden brown. Transfer to a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Saute the celery with 1 Tbsp oil in the same pan until golden. Add to the bowl with the onions.
  3. Mix in the stuffing cubes, chicken soup powder, and hot water.
  4. Microwave the mixture on high for 2 minutes before stuffing the turkey.
  5. Stuff the turkey.
