Turkey cutlets

Ingredients
 
 
lbs lean ground turkey
1 each large egg
3 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 Tbsp chicken soup powder
1 Tbsp ketchup
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp hot chili powder
¼ tsp salt
tsp black pepper
 
2 Tbsp oil
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the turkey cutlets ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into two portions.
    For each portion:
    Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
    Shape the mixture into cutlets and fry on low-medium heat for 5-8 minutes per side.
    Cover the pan while frying to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once cooked, place the cutlets on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Alternatives:
  • Add 1 large chopped and caramelized
    onion.
  • Shape the mixture into smaller,
    finger-sized 32 cutlets.
