Preparation steps: |
- Mix all ingredients.
- For each half of the mix: Warm 1 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
Fry the cutlets for 5-8 minutes on each side, using low-medium heat. Cover the
pan while frying.
- After frying use paper towels to pat dry the cutlets.
- Makes 8-10 medium cutlets.
