Turkey cutlets

lbs lean ground turkey
1 each large egg
3 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 Tbsp chicken soup powder
1 Tbsp ketchup
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp hot chili powder
¼ tsp salt
tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp oil

Preparation steps:
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. For each half of the mix: Warm 1 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the cutlets for 5-8 minutes on each side, using low-medium heat. Cover the pan while frying.
  3. After frying use paper towels to pat dry the cutlets.
  4. Makes 8-10 medium cutlets.
