Preparation steps: |
- Mix the turkey cutlets ingredients in a large bowl.
- Divide the mixture into two portions.
For each portion:
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
Shape the mixture into cutlets and fry on low-medium heat for 5-8 minutes per side.
Cover the pan while frying to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, place the cutlets on paper towels to remove excess oil.
