Preparation steps: |
- Slice the chicken into flat pieces.
- In a soup bowl mix the eggs with salt.
- Pour the flour and bread crumbs into two additional soup bowls.
- Dip each chicken piece in the flour, then in the egg mix, and then coat with the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in a medium hot oil 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Use a fork to flip the shenitzels.
- Remove from oil and arrange on a paper towel for a few minutes to remove
excess oil.
Serving: with ketchup on the side or large pieces of lemon.
