Preparation steps: |
- Prepare the marinade in a large bowl.
Cut the chicken into large bite pieces and add to the marinade. Mix well.
Marinade the chicken for 45 minutes.
- Prepare the chicken skewers (8-16 skewers, depends on the length of the skewers).
Place the skewers on a baking tray (baking sheet) lined with aluminum foil.
- Turn the oven broiler on high. Place the tray with the chicken on the second from the top rack.
- Broil for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the skewers and broil additional 4 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven (the tray fills up with liquids).
