Chicken liver with onions

1 lbs chicken liver
2 each medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation steps:
  1. Saute the onions in a non-stick pan until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add chicken liver, salt and black pepper. Saute about additional 5 minutes, mixing frequently.
Serving: with mushed potatoes.
