Preparation steps: |
- Brine the chicken drumsticks in the mix of water, sugar and salt for 1-4 hours.
- Remove from brine and set on paper towel to absorb excess liquids.
- Transfer the drumsticks onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum.
- Broil on low broiler on the bottom shelf of the oven for 14-16 minutes.
The bottom shelf is about 11" away from the broiler. Flip the drumsticks
and broil additional 14-16 minutes.
- Transfer to the top shelf and broil on high broiler for 1 minute to get
a brown and crispy drumsticks.
