Barbecued chicken wraps (Chicken Fajitas)

Ingredients
1¾-2 lbs chicken breast (3 large pieces)
McCormick seasoning salt
 
1 each green bell pepper, cut into halves
1 each red bell pepper, cut into halves
2 each medium onion, cut into 3 slices each
 
4 each large flour tortilla (Mission)
 
1 cup Barbecue sauce
 
Or Mexican style condiments:
Sour cream
Avocado
Chilli sauce - seriracha, Thailand (Rooster logo)


Preparation steps:
  1. Place the chicken on a medium-low (350F) barbecue and sprinkle generously with seasoning salt. Place the unseasoned bell peppers and onion on the barbecue and grill the chicken and vegetables covered for 8 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken and sprinkle the 2nd side generously with seasoning salt. Flip the vegetables and continue grilling covered for another 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the vegetables from the barbecue and continue grilling the chicken additional 4 minutes or until done.
  4. Slice the chicken and vegetables into thin strips.
  5. Heat the tortillas on the grill (or the microwave) for 30 seconds.
  6. Place the chicken and vegetables thin strips in the middle of the tortillas. Added either barbecue sauce or the Mexican style condiments. Roll up the tortillas.
