Recipe serves: 4-6 (16 skewers)

Barbecued chicken sticks with marsala wine

3 lbs chicken thigh meat, bite size pieces
½ cup marsala wine
½ cup soy sauce
8 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 clove crashed garlic

Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour to over night.
  3. Prepare the chicken skewers.
  4. Grill on high heat for about 12 minutes.
